The founder's story

Tamanna Pugalia grew up watching families in Bikaner make major money decisions on the basis of a relative's tip or a persuasive agent's visit. Policies were bought without reading a single clause. Investments were chosen because a neighbour had doubled his money. And when something went wrong, there was nobody to call.

After completing an MBA in Finance and a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance, she spent years on the other side of the counter — seeing exactly how products get sold and why so many of them never fit the person buying them. Dhairya Wealth was founded to do the opposite: start with the person, understand the goal, and only then talk about a product.

Today Dhairya Wealth works with salaried professionals, doctors, business owners and homemakers, handling both sides of a financial plan — growing money through mutual funds and protecting it through the right insurance. Every recommendation comes with the reasoning behind it, in plain language, so you can say no when it doesn't make sense.
